I am Sherry Diamond and I live in Los Angeles, California. Currently, at age 69, when a substantial portion of people my age have retired and stopped working, I am doing the exact opposite. I am creating a health and wellness line, collaborating with like-minded people, and constructing projects to elevate myself and others.
I was born in Cleveland, Ohio. At age 14 I told my parents I was never going to live in Cleveland as an adult. I advised them that when I went to college; I wanted to live where it was warm. Somewhere there were beaches and palm trees. On September 12, 1975, it became a reality as I moved to San Diego, California. I never looked back, just kept moving forward.
I moved to Los Angeles in 1979. I love this city, because it’s filled with great food, music, the arts, sports and of course, my happy place, the beach. This city speaks to my soul, and that’s why I love living here. Elton John is my musical idol, and I have seen him in concert 39 times.
All of us are unique individuals, who come from various places and bring with us different stories, experiences, and viewpoints.
I can honestly say I know a little bit about many topics. I am grateful for the things I do not know because it provides me with the opportunity to gain more knowledge, move forward in life, and truly follow my passion.
I love to cook and obsess over lipstick and pillows. I collect things that are heart-shaped and adore flowers.
In the past five years, my love for decorating and design has gotten stronger. During Covid lockdown I discovered another passion, which is writing.
Over the past few years, I have transformed my health & lost 103 pounds. This encouraged me to create theBalance 4 Life program. The program provides you with the tools to eat cleaner, feel better & eliminate unnecessary medications for high blood pressure & diabetes.
In 2023 I am working on a cookbook with all the foods from my Balance 4 Life food list, as well as a health food line. Two other books are on the horizon & one of them may be released this year. I am going to continue to share my gift of talking, sharing, giving back, & elevating others. I am glad you are here, so I can share it all with you. The future shines bright, just like a Diamond!
